Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date through your account billing area or payment portal.

Effect of cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing period. You will usually retain premium access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support.

Trials and promotional offers

If free trials or introductory pricing are offered in the future, the applicable billing start date, renewal timing, and cancellation instructions will be shown at checkout or in the offer terms.
